Great place with great facilities and family fun experience. Our check in and check out was seamless and hassle free. Shadwa did a fantastic job catering to our requests and we were a family of 9. The hospitality was top notch and the kids loved the kids corner.

The Overwater villa is so beautiful and has mesmerising view. Amazing experience with Sunrise and sunset yoga classes. I loved the yoga session with Shagun. She is super funny and energetic. Very friendly company. The session also helped me with my stiff back and shoulder. Overall amazing resort I will come back again.

The hotel is quite good, the area is clean and well maintained. The work of the hotel administration and the reception team is at the highest level, but everything is spoiled by the service in the restaurant. This is the most disgusting service we have encountered. Firstly, the waiters do not understand the menu and pass requests on to each other. The manager Anous, whom they turned to for help, is conflicted and it seems he smokes so much that he does not understand what they want from him. The food is excellent, but again the service spoils everything. We will not recommend the hotel to friends, but the reception and administration team will forever be in our hearts.

It was a marvelous trip. Me and my wife had the best time of our lives. This place is like heaven on earth. Thanks to Shadwa We were able to have the best time she guided us through all the beautiful activities and all the fantastic restaurants. She was so helpful. It was our 7th resort in Maldives so far and I would like to point some + and - of the resort. First of all thank you to manager of Bodumas Giham, and his staf Shafiz for such a professionalism and dedication to work. It was our best experience with Japanese cuisine. And a big thank you from my husband side that they maid impossible, together with chef Beral and Roshan they made an amazing curry ( in jspanese restaurant), just because my husband missed curry and it wasn’t available in the menu. How individual this is, we are spoiled customers but we were genially impressed. Thank you Putu for a special refreshing coctail made to my husband, he was drinking this one all the time ( dont know the name just ask blue spacial coctail you made for one guest😅) Housekeeping team you are just stars of this resort immaculate cleanliness Overwater villa is beautiful, glass flor is super nice. Thank you for having russian cuisine in the resort that was above and beyond. Salim in Latitude was very professional and nice to talk to. We were a bit disappointed with the pool as its just 0.8m. No flexibility of the manager in Latitude restaurant, we were not able to book a table our last day ( we had a booking day before, but I didnt feel well and we skipped our dinner), on the next day they said no more bookings ( i just wanted to try honey cake), manger said no, and we went back under the rain ( it was rainy) to wait for a baggie. He could at least keep us inside and call a baggie for us ( that what usually you expect in high standards places). Reef for snorkelling livers is just ok, not a wow. And you have only one spot that is diving center it gets crowded and noisy there. Also welcome fruits ( 1 plum, 1 pear and couple of leeches) looks very poor for the first impression. Usually its way decent fruit busket, chocolate and sparkling ( even in a way cheaper resort). That a small details to improve but it did not effect our over all experience.
