Horrible experience, very dirty hotel , bad management, i wil not come back again . they are taken money only. no customer service. bad buffet and bad food . room service not good, always delay the order .
Great hotel with good atmosphere and ambience. Very close to Masjid Al-Nabawi (6 min walk). We could hear the Azaan from our room. Me and my two sons stayed in a suite. It was large and comfortable and had two bathrooms. Lots of space. I love Madinah and I loved this hotel.
The hotel was sold to IHG group which raised the fees) price of my already booked room!!!!! And charged me more than the amount mentioned during reservation!! Never booking with this group again!! Such dishonest unprofessional staff and management!
Very good hotel, amazing staff, very close to masjid haram nabawi. I highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, good WiFi and service. Customer service is very good and quick. Rooms and toilets are cleaned regularly.
I feel bad about writing a negative review about a hotel that made me welcome. With pleasant and helpful staff and, importantly, which could accommodate a same day booking when pretty much everywhere else was fully booked. And which accommodated my request for a room on an upper floor. Plus tbe rooms are large - as is the bathroom (which also has a bath). And tbe breakfast good. Those are the plus points. However: 1) the room desperately needs a deep clean, there being undisturbed dust behind and under the bed; 2) the room really really needs renovating - the carpet is stained and there is black mould under tbe rim of the washbasin (by way of example); 3) a number of things are broken / falling apart - which a handyman could fix - eg loose toilet roll holders and the release function for bath water (you have to hold it manually to release bath water); and 4) Wi-Fi is abysmal - ie getting 'timed out' when trying to browse websites. And inside the entrance of the hotel, there is no Wi-Fi at hotel meaning you cannot track your Kareem driver. For a budget hotel this would not be acceptable, still less one that cost more than £250 for one night. And it lets down tbe Movenpick brand. I feel really really mean writing this review as tbe staff were so lovely and helpful. And I felt safe, welcome and well looked after.
