The hotel was wonderful. Close to everything - especially public transport with trams and trains literally across the road. The pool was amazing, but the showers in the pool area were outstanding - the feeling of a cool breeze whilst having a hot shower was so relaxing. Chocolate hour was also a highlight. Will definitely be back.
Great hotel in great location. Great coffee shop downstairs and lovely restaurant too! Bed was comfortable . Amenities were great. Room looked a little bit dated and reminded me of a Novotel or Ibis hotel but with a touch of modernity. Customer service was fabulous!
Love this place! Came to celebrate my partners birthday, suprised him with a second room which our mates stayed in so we could have a weekend in town, visiting the NGV and chin chin. The hotel is on the quieter side of town for us but it was lovely because it was so easy to get into. The lobby is lovely, they do a chocolate happy hour which is fantastic, actually I’m pretty sure it’s French so let’s say fantastique! The room was a little smaller than I had hoped for but had everything we needed, it was super stylish and clean! The pool area is stunning and out of the hotels in its range I think it’s one of the best I have been to in ages!! We didn’t get to try their restaurant but during cocktail time I took at good look of the menus and I am eager to come back again to sample the food. Would certainly book again for future city staycations!
I really enjoyed this Hotel and found its quirkiness and funky room decor energising. The staff were nice, the gentleman at Reception endeavouring to be helful with my booking. I particularly relished the aqua couch in my room. the bathroom was also well-serviced.
My daughter and I stayed here for one night in October, in a Superior room with 2 single beds, as we were in town for a concert at the nearby Marvel Stadium. The booking process for this hotel was great, with friendly support when I needed to change the booking from two nights to one. The location of the hotel is handy, across the road from Southern Cross Station and the SkyBus terminal, and an easy walk to the stadium. There was a tram stop just outside the Bourke St hotel entry that gave us easy access to the rest of the CBD. The hotel rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. Great bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.
