Our stay at Mövenpick Myth Hotel Patong Phuket was nothing short of amazing. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and effortless. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The entire hotel was clean, beautifully maintained, and had a relaxing ambience that made it easy to unwind. The security staff were attentive and helpful, and the bar team was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The location is excellent—convenient and central. Right across the street, Mr. Jay rents mopeds with great service. Just to the left is a reliable laundry service, and on the right is a 7/11. There’s also a pharmacy only 2 minutes away, with fruit stands, massage parlours, and local shops all nearby. Both Jungceylon Mall and Bangla Walking Street are just a short walk away. The area felt safe and secure, even in the evenings. We had the best massage in Thailand at the Vida Spa located in the hotel. The environment was peaceful, and the therapists were absolutely amazing—skilled, professional, and caring. Our room was big, clean, and beautifully decorated. We were provided with complimentary bottled water, juice, and quality bathroom amenities. The bathtub was a perfect treat to soak in after a long day out. If you're looking to book activities or tours, definitely do it through the hotel—they will take care of everything with the utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring a stress-free experience. We loved everything about our stay—and without a doubt, we will stay in this hotel whenever we come to Phuket. Highly, highly recommended!
Wow - where to start. We have just finished a one month stay. From start to finish this hotel is the best we have ever experienced. All of the staff are exceptional and extremely helpful and friendly. The size, quality and cleanliness of the rooms was brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble for the room staff. We loved the pool access room. The breakfast buffet is simply amazing with the delicious choices and quality of food. Apart from all the great healthy food there is also a lot of delicious treats available for those with a sweet tooth (including ice cream and chocolate). The 3pm free chocolate hour is a must do. The hotel General Manager (Chris), was a delight to meet and he deserves credit for leading a first class team that really helps make your Thailand holiday special. We will be back.
It's not worth coming to the hotel, a very bad experience. The rooms smell musty and damp. Unfortunately, we changed 3 rooms and were told by the staff that this is the case with all the rooms. The standard of the breakfast is very poor, we were in hotels before that and the standard of the breakfast was much better.. I think the only positive thing about this hotel is the location, but other than that, nothing is worthy
Bad and sucks ! Since we entered the room, we smelled a very bad smell, like the smell of insecticide. The staff agreed to le us change more than one room, but the smell remained and got worse. Then they told us that the entire hotel has a bad smell and nothing will change it! it smells like a musty, damp smell and bacteria that are harmful to health and the respiratory system. They started to spray air freshener, but within an hour the smell came back badly. They did not accept to cancel the reservation, and I could not sleep at all! I feel suffocated. In addition, they interfere in our purchases while they are cleaning the rooms and decide what we can and cannot bring in. You guys dont throw ur money on this creepy place its not worth it.
Absolutely loved this hotel. Super clean room, great access to busy Bungla Road. They do have free shuttle as well. You have to eat at Dang Restaurant and No6 ( next to each other) super popular for authentic Thai food. Massive shout out to the Pool staff Hafiz, Sunshine, Nana, Selena, Noi, Honey, Key. You all made our experience at the pool side comfortable and memorable. We will definitely be back.
