Best hotel we have stayed ever at. We booked the pool access room with king bed, they offer daily room service, kind and easy going staff, breakfast buffet was amazing - they had some selection of Chinese, Middle Eastern, Indian and a wide selection of choices for breakfast. We are definitely coming back again !
This hotel is a major hit!!! The food is beautiful ! Buffet breakfast is awesome! Amazing coffee machines too. 24 hour room service was very ideal for us. But the thing that made our stay truly the best holiday was the Pool Bar Staff. Harviz & his team Sunshine, Honey, Selena, Na and Aom were the friendliest, funniest most incredible people to spend time with. They can all also make a wicked cocktail! Pool access room is SO worth the extra $. Beds are so comfy as well as the pillows. One and only downside for us was the shower took about 3-4 minutes to heat up. Reception staff are very helpful. They have a taxi service to local shopping spots a few times each day also. Chocolate hour from 3pm is also delicious with a chocolate fondue fountain ! I would 100% go back to this hotel !
Great resort with nice swim out rooms into a lagoon style pool. Incredibly comfortable bed one of the best I can remember. The breakfast is so good and beyond my expectations. Easy to walk to the beach and Central shopping mall. At the quiet end of Patong beach but close enough to walk to the nightlife. Khun Aung in the breakfast restaurant provides very friendly and efficient service. General Manager Christophe is a great ambassador for the resort and Movenpick brand.
One of, if not the best hotels ever that we have stayed in. Colonial designed like Raffles in Singapore. Sunshine and Selena have exceptional daily service at the pool bar. Pool access rooms + spa are exceptional. Highly recommended. Will return.
A wonderful hotel in the madness of Patong. We stayed two nights in our Thailand tour but would have happily stayed a week . The hotel has a colonial feel with a regal theme , reminded me of Raffles in Singapore , beautiful surroundings , the staff are superb, and the pool is amazing. We had a pool view not a pool access room. Each day at 3pm they offer complimentary Movenpick chocolates in reception which is lovely. The rooms are spacious and well presented in terms of size and facilities. The food is superb , breakfast is probably the best section I have ever seen in all my travels and I can highly recommend the brie with truffle cheese or the Mushroom Benedict with Truffle sauce. The hotel is fantastic value for money and you will not be disappointed .
