Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok

"My nightmare at Movenpick BDMS (June 2-5, 2025) was a disaster from the get-go. Room 509's AC was choking all night on June 2, and I barely slept. But that was just the beginning. On June 3, the bed shook violently for three consecutive nights, and the air conditioner was cold, no matter how I adjusted the thermostat. I was exhausted. When I was finally shifted to Room 406 on June 4, I thought things would improve. But no, the room was flooded with water from the AC, and it was a mess. The staff tried to help, but it was clear they were powerless to fix the issue or provide a decent place to rest. Three sleepless nights, and the staff seemed just as helpless as I was. My advice? Please don't risk it. Inspect your room thoroughly before checking in. Your sleep is worth it."

I had the best 2 night stay at this fabulous hotel. A warm greeting and fabulous upgrade to a Deluxe Wellness Suite as a Platinum Accor Plus Member. The room was huge with the most comfortable bed. I slept so well. Turndown service with chocolates on the pillow was a nice touch. Delicious healthy breakfast choices and beautiful service was a fabulous way to start the day. I did a complimentary Reformer Pilates class which was good and I enjoyed using the outdoor pool. The Hotel was very close to the Central Embassy and the Central Chidlom shopping centre and close to the PloenChit MRT station. The hotel does offer a shuttle service to the shopping centres which I found out as I was leaving. My 2 night stay was not long enough and I’d love to come back for another visit one day. All the staff were amazing particularly Nan in the Gym and Pong at breakfast. Thanks again to Management and Staff for a great stay.

We had a great 3 nights at this hotel. The room was fantastic with all the amenities we could need. The grounds & public areas were spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely attentive and polite. Restaurants all were beautifully presented giving a perfect dining experience. We were blown away with the breakfast buffet. There were so many options to choose from. Location is perfect for catching public transport and the embassy shopping centre is an easy flat walk. Check in & out were a little disappointing as the only criticism of our entire stay. We encountered TAS for both. I am not sure if he is in training but both times took way too long. On arrival we felt like they weren’t expecting us which wasn’t the experience we were hoping for. Our family had a memorable and wonderful vacation here. We came here for my daughter's birthday and the hotel gave her a surprise. We appreciate it very much. The hotel is beautiful, clean, the staff is friendly, cute and helpful. We have stayed in many hotels, but I find the breakfast here is the best. Thank you Eva, Viniza receptionist, thank you Tai concierge. That is one of the staff that left the best impression on us. Next time we come back to Bangkok, we will continue to stay here.
