We stayed at Mövenpick Jumeirah Lakes Towers from October 22 to November 6, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! This was our first place to stay after moving to Dubai, and it left us with the most wonderful impression. The room (511) was excellent—tidy, clean, and so comfortable. The mattress was perfect, and the bed sheets were always fresh. Housekeeping went above and beyond, cleaning the room without us even having to ask. It truly felt like a home away from home. We also had the chance to enjoy breakfast, and the breakfast team was exceptionally kind and attentive. The pastries were simply magical—every bite was a delight! A huge thank you to the Chef who cooked omlettes, your work is pure art. Special thanks to Zakir for helping us with our luggage—your assistance was much appreciated. And thank you to the entire team for helping me plan a special surprise for my husband’s birthday. Bringing out the cake with a candle at midnight made the celebration unforgettable. We’ll definitely choose Mövenpick again in the future. Thank you for making our first days in Dubai so memorable!

Excellent room, Tidy and clean thank you Benyam. Bed sheets were always clean and new. Room is cleaned without asking. Great experience from start to finish. I will definetely pick movenpick again. Jumeirah lakes towers were amazing. Amazing experiemce!

I travel to Dubai for a business, a couple of times a year, and I’ve always stayed at this hotel. Having stayed at a few places in Dubai, once you find a good one, it’s hard to look at other options. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and, very well maintained. As are the common areas. The staff are always lovely, both in reception, in the kitchen, and, those who clean the rooms. A few tips, if you want a specifically quiet room, always ask to choose a room with a view of the lake, or, overlooking the swimming pool. The rooms at the front can be quite noisy with cars pulling in and out, and honking their horns as they do. The other side, is above a club, which can sometimes can play music quite late, especially on Friday and over the weekend. Trust me, when you’ve heard songs butchered in karaoke form with your room vibrating, you will thank me. A big shout out must go to Ajay and Purushu in the kitchen. Always very polite, and pleasant, and, go above and beyond when requested. For example, I love fresh avocado in the morning, although it wasn’t available at the buffet, they always make a point of finding the time to slice one for me each morning. Thanks guys! Is the small details that make me come back here on here.

We arrived late and we had a warm welcome from the reception team. The mattress was very confortable in room 519 ! We tried the breakfast in the morning the breakfast team was very nice, the lady downstairs was helpful and very smilie. I recommend this hotel 100% we will come back !
