Excellent hotel as usual
Amazing hotel and amazing location near the ladies section. Abdul Aziz was excellent at check in. Best hotel in madina, try and get the haram view as it is breath taking MA. The super market is downstairs and great restaurants on the lower floor. Blessed to have stayed here many times and will continue to stay here.

Uncomfortable Stay, Unapologetic Behaviour
1. Old rooms, poorly maintained. As soon as we entered the room, it had a foul smell. 2. Extremely dirty housekeeping specially in the kitchenette area. The electric kettle was stinking, the cabinets were dirty, the fridge had so many marks and stains as if it hasn't been cleaned since months. 3. Lamp shades were dirty and the iron stand had stains too. 4. Walls had marks and stains 5. Bathrooms are so small that you have cannot move inside unless you close the door completely. The shower and other accessories are so old that a brand like Movenpick should be ashamed to have such facilities when they're charging so much. They did change our room but the issues still persisted and according to them this is the best they can offer.

Regrettably, a water leak and a blocked toilet resulted in a flood in room 10076. Despite promptly informing the receptionists upon check-in, the issue was not addressed with the appropriate urgency. After approximately four hours, I contacted the duty manager, who surprisingly expressed complete unawareness of the situation. Upon relocating to room 11078, I encountered an equally distressing problem—the incessant sound of sewage water flowing through the pipes prevented me from obtaining any sleep throughout the night. Overall, this experience was profoundly unsatisfactory.

Just two thing all Accor ziyarat was in Arabic so if it’s translated in Urdu or English that will satisfy u r clients
Ziyarart in Urdu and Eng will be helpful And how about hotel give the remark in masjid nabbi to do elevators on gate 328 to 336 one or two elevator's going down to washrooms, specially men side , my husband has disability he had hard time to go washroom by stairs . Most of the time we had to come all the way in hotels . Appreciate if this comes in action it will help lots of pilgrimage in hajj and umra and if they stay move and pick they don’t need to come hotel for washrooms specially for senior. Hopefully when I come next year then there is elevators in masjid near gates . Jazakallah

Not good as I was expecting
I am here for six nights . Check in was very good . Manager sohaid is an excellent person. Gave us very good service and discount to get haram view. Let’s talk about hotel now . Always wanted to stay in this as very close to masjid al nabvi. I am little disappointed as it seems very old and needs lots of work to be done in rooms . Tv not working. Toilets are broken and not very clean . For a five star hotel it has to be up to that standard… lifts are very good and quick . Location is excellent.
