This review is to express my gratitude to Miçat at the reception. When I arrived luckily he was on duty to save me from a bad airport taxi driver trying to over bill me by over 200Lira. That is what a good hotel needs to do, protect their guests. Thanks to Miçat. The long stay discount was nothing considering the fact that I’m an All member. The health of guests should be a priority, I stayed in a no smoking room and floor, yet I have cigarette smoke from next door guests all the time. They bang their doors so loud till late that I hardly have a good night sleep. Guests that came for plastic surgery and hair implants come for breakfast with all sorts of bandages wrapped around their heads and a lot of them wearing bedroom slippers. Quite disgusting. I will not stay here my next trip and I will not recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Since this is my first trip, my second trip will be better because I’m now well informed.
Mövenpick is a very exquisite and excellent hotel. My stay was a while with family and we loved the stay. The next time we come to Istanbul, Turkey, this hotel will be our first and best option. The environment is quiet and the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The cleaner needs to be rated 5 stars in how excellent she cleans the room without misplacing anything. The room come with necessary amenities. The hotel is not far away from the major locations in Istanbul and is easy to locate the area. This hotel really is a value for its money.I really recommend this hotel if you are looking for neatness, quality, location.
Unfortunately,This was by far the worst hotel booking experience I've ever had. There is a huge gap between the price and the quality. The hotel is nowhere near worth the amount paid. It’s an experience I will definitely never repeat.
The room was consistently spotless and very well maintained throughout my stay. Special thanks to Fazile for her attention to detail and professionalism. Everything was cleaned thoroughly and on time, and it genuinely made the stay more comfortable. Excellent housekeeping service.
I really good time on my stay the service was perfect everybody was friendly and kind from the reception to the breakfast to the door men I had this lady Iremsu who helped me too
