Certified by EcoTourism Australia, the hotel has now made the list of Accor’s most sustainable hotels. As Australia’s largest hotel operator, Accor is on a mission to achieve 100% of hotels across the Pacific region achieve Sustainable Tourism Certification by the end of 2025. 

Our hotel has removed single use plastics from your stay. This includes the removal of all plastic water bottles and the introduction of refillable bathroom amenities by YUNI Beauty. A complimentary refillable water station is available in the hotel lobby, with still and sparkling water available.

• The hotel is also a member of 'Your Yarra: Healthy, Protected and Loved'.  With over 70% of Melbourne's drinking water comes from the Yarra/Birrarung it is more important than ever that we protect this valuable natural resource. Run by the Yarra Riverkeeper Association (YRKA), the program is part of the international Waterkeeper Alliance, working closely with local communities, traditional owners, businesses and government at all levels to advocate for the health of the river.
