Christmas Holiday Review A well-managed resort that delivers on quality and service. • Staff: Professional, polite, and consistently helpful. • Resort: Excellent location with clean and well-maintained amenities, including beautiful gardens, pools, and a pristine beach with clear water. • Room: Stayed in a garden-facing residence, which offered great views, a pleasant sunrise, and comfortable afternoons. • Food and Beverages: Breakfast was of a high standard, with a good variety and quality. Overall, a thoughtfully run resort that ensures a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Top marks
The good: Almost everything. A great room, great breakfast, mostly great staff and a relaxed and nice pool area. The bad: We also had access to the beach and the beach pool but already after breakfast there was no space left or only in the full sun. So we stayed at the pool away from the beach and at least enjoyed the quiet. There's a big window between bathroom and bedroom so not much privacy when on the toilet. The blinds for the window don't help much.
It’s our first day here so not much can comment/ So far everything is great! Love the amazing foam party! Dinner server Tho was very friendly and helpful, explained everything to us in a very proper manner and always check on us making sure everything is great!
The restaurant is a great place to try seafood. It has a variety of food options. Tho was helpful in her service at the aura restaurant. She did a fantastic job. We look forward to our next visit. Highly recommend the fisherman's catch which is what we had
