The movenpick has been nothing but incredible, the staff have been so lovely & accommodating to myself and my family. A very special to the pool bar team sunshine, key, honey, aom, harfiz, selena,& nana they have been amazing & are truly sensational people❤️

Float across to the Azure Pool Bar for 2 hours of Happy Hour and meet the fabulous team; Sunshine, Harfiz, Nana, Aom, Key, Honey & Selena. Breakfast …. Wow! All nations & food preferences catered for. Afternoon chocolate delight has to be experienced to be believed, We will be back and with friends!
The pool bar Service from Sun,Aom ,Nana ,Khao and Ham was second to none great attention to detail and nothing was ever an issue! Do yourself a favour and swim in to say Hello. You will have the best holiday! We have had the best holiday of the year we highly enjoyed the weather and the food and beverage options!
We stayed for 5 nights in Family Suite. One of the best experiences we've ever had .. the Hotel and staff were top notch. The stay was very pleasant, and our family had a good time. The location is not very far away from Patong beach and the walking street. There are lots of Indian Veg Food available nearby the hotel. The Buffet Breakfast was very good compared to the other hotels we stayed in Thailand. The Chef Mr. Uttam took good care of us and ensured everyday of our stay that we get some Vegetarian Indian food served and also ensured we got Masala Tea every day we appreciate that level of detail the hotel goes into. The staff of the Children play area Little Birds Club, Ms. Jha and Ms. Pang took great care of our 2 kids during our stay. The swimming pool was huge and well maintained. The room was good, and the beds were exceptional that gave a good night's sleep. The only drawback is the rooms are not well insulated for sound from the corridor and that disturbs you during sleep. The reception staff was polite and always ready to help. Overall, highly recommended.
