Check‑In Documents: To assist us in welcoming you smoothly, we kindly ask that guests present a valid passport (with visa for foreign nationals) or a government‑issued ID at Reception.
Deposit Policy: A cash or credit card deposit is requested at check‑in and will be returned upon checkout, following the room inspection.
Smoking: In respect of local regulations and the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking or vaping in rooms and villas will incur a ₱12,000 nett cleaning fee.
Check‑In & Check‑Out: Check‑in begins at 3:00 PM, while check‑out is at 12:00 PM. Late check‑out until 5:30 PM is subject to a ₱3,600 fee; departures after 6:00 PM will be charged a full night’s stay.
Pets: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, pets are not allowed, except for certified service or emotional support animals with proper documentation.
Laundry: For safety and comfort, we kindly request that clothing not be hung on balcony railings. A drying rack is provided for your convenience.
Visitors: All visitors are required to register at Reception and should leave guest rooms by 10:00 PM.
Dress Code: Proper attire is appreciated in all outlets. We kindly ask that swimwear be covered outside beach and pool areas.
Luggage Storage: Luggage storage is available before arrival or after departure, subject to availability.
Prohibited Items: For everyone’s safety, weapons, explosives, illegal drugs, and dangerous goods are not permitted. Packages may be inspected as a precaution.
Emergency: In the event of fire or smoke, please dial “5” or inform a member of our team immediately.
Room Security: For your peace of mind, please lock doors and windows when leaving your room. Any damages caused by negligence will be charged accordingly.
Valuables: We recommend using the in‑room safe for your valuables. The resort cannot be responsible for items left unsecured.
Conduct: To maintain a respectful and secure environment, gambling, prostitution, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Property Care: We kindly ask that furniture not be moved and rooms be shared only with registered guests. Damages or losses will be charged.
Noise: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Repeated disturbances may result in eviction without refund.
Glassware: For safety reasons, only acrylic glassware is permitted in beach and pool areas.
Outside Services: To ensure consistent quality and safety, outside massage services are not permitted within the resort.
Entertainment & Activities: Guests are warmly invited to enjoy the resort’s scheduled entertainment and group activities during their stay. Live performances, cultural showcases, and recreational programs are organized to enhance your experience and create memorable moments. Please note that music and sounds from these events may be heard in certain areas of the resort until the designated closing time. We kindly ask for your understanding and encourage you to join the celebrations to make the most of your stay.
