Actually enjoying our holidays and just wanted to let a note for Diari who helped me to have a super great moment for my Wellness Reset at Arkipela Spa. Thanks for her kindness and to make me feel renew after that moment ! For sure I will rebook a new massage.

Facial experience
The facial with Tika was amazing! So relaxing and was made to feel relaxed and comfortable. The spa room was very clean and the service was incredible. I would recommend this more than once, I will definitely be coming back for another facial and massage....thank you thank you!!

Great couples massage
Had a wonderful couples spa at Mövenpicks spa and wellness centre Was very relaxing and calming may have fallen to sleep it was that nice (good to have some time to ourselfs whiles our kids were in the kids club Thank you Rina for the great massage

Stunning spa and amazing service.
I had the most amazing massage with Rina. She was so beautiful and accommodating. The most relaxing hour I had my whole trip. The spa itself is stunning and the customer service was impeccable. They were able to fit me in on the day with very little notice. I am so appreciate. Thankyou so much!

Nice experience
Very helpful dan sangat ramah utk pelayanan staff di Movenpick terutama resepsionis Oppy. Hotelnya bersih dan sangat kids friendly. Very recommended for family and couple to stay here. Pelayanan Accor the bestttt.. Thankyou Movenpick :)
