My experience has been good at this hotel.
The hotel us nicely situated close to local shops and restaurants. Doesn't really have a private beach with sun lounges and deck chairs. Buffet breakfast spread is excellent and caters for most tastes. Rooms are clean, very comfortable with good provisions. The in-room fridge could be better stocked with beverages and alcoholic drinks. Staff are very professional, courteous, friendly and obliging. There are lovely shops, cafes and restaurants within the compound. I would definitely consider this hotel for my next stay.

Relaxing ‘ME’ time
I had Buatanku Apothecary included 1 hour massage, 30 mins body scrub and 30 mins totok wajah. It was very relaxing and my therapist, Prima was very friendly and patient. I love the Blue tea that served before the treatment. Definitely recommended and definitely will come back.

A fitting title would be: A Memorable New Year Stay with Heartwarming Service
Our three-night New Year 2026 stay was truly enjoyable, with comfortable accommodations that made the experience both memorable and relaxing. We especially appreciated the lovely photo compliment from Dreams Studio—it was such a thoughtful gesture and added a special touch to our celebration. A special mention as well to Mardi, the photographer, who was incredibly patient throughout the session, and to Bu Lafy and Suwitri for their excellent assistance during the shoot. We look forward to returning again in the future.

Relaxation highlight of of my stay at Mövenpick
Massage therapist Tini is simply the best! Had several massages during our stay and my wife and I both agree that Tini no1 therapist at the spa.
