Excellente experience
Une belle amélioration au Mövenpick Sousse ! Il y a quelques années, lors de notre séjour pendant les vacances de l’Aïd, nous avions été déçus par la qualité du petit-déjeuner, qui n’était pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Après avoir exprimé notre mécontentement à Lobna, la Guest Manager, nous espérions un changement. Cette année, quelle belle surprise ! Malgré le fait que c’était le deuxième jour de l’Aïd, le petit-déjeuner était excellent, varié et digne du standing de l’établissement. Nous tenons à remercier Lobna, qui a su écouter nos remarques et les transmettre efficacement. Son professionnalisme et son engagement ont clairement porté leurs fruits. Bravo à toute l’équipe pour cette belle amélioration, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

My stay here was amazing all the stuff really helpful and very clean room I meet with the lovely manager who make my stay more enjoyable very helpful ines and friendly chambermaid and then hadya everybody here is amazing and so helpful I could not have asked for more and the weather to top it all off what a beautiful place

Outstanding Service and Motivation – Adem Makes the Difference!
I had a very pleasant experience at Mövenpick in Sousse. The staff was consistently very friendly and attentive. I was particularly impressed by my visit to the fitness studio, where I not only received valuable information but also well-guided training sessions. A special mention goes to Adem, whose consistently friendly demeanor and motivating attitude truly stood out. He took great care of my needs with professionalism and kindness, creating a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere. His dedication and enthusiasm made my experience even more enjoyable. I look forward to coming back soon!

Agréable journée
J'ai récemment séjourné a movenpick Sousse et je tiens à partager mon expérience. Tout d'abord, je souhaite remercier chaleureusement le département housekeeping pour leur travail exceptionnel.la propreté de ma chambre était impeccable tout au long de mon séjour. Chaque jour, je rentrais dans une chambre parfaitement entretenue, avec des lits faits, des serviettes propres, une ordure agréable dans la salle de bain et une atmosphère accueillante. La dame d'accueil téléphonique housekeeping est très gentille et le personnel d'entretien a fait preuve d'un grand professionalisme et d'un souci du détail qui ont vraiment contribué à rendre mon séjour agréable. C'est un vrai plaisir de séjourner dans un hôtel où l'on ressent un tel niveau de soin et de dévouement.

Une excellente journée
J'ai passé une excellente journée dans Movenpick Sousse, j'ai suis très heureux pour le service Housekeeping exceptionnel madame nassira la femme de chambre elle est serviable et très active, la chambre à été très propres ansi que la Salle de bain. Je vous remercie 😍
