After my fifth attempt to find out information about my up and coming stay here, I am still waiting for a reply. I have used hotel.cairo.mediacity@movenpick.com but no one gets back to you. I wish to thank the staff of Movenpick Giza City. It was truly a pleasure and and experience staying at this resort. However I'm disappointed at the limousine services. They over charged us and gave us a great hassle about it. Didn't even know the direction to airport or the correct terminals. I would suggest people use Uber instead. I'm still waiting for them to refund the extra amount we had to pay . And we had to leave at 4am . It was unwanted stress and hassle on their part. Otherwise the resort is amazing
