Ziad - Such a lovely waiter! So welcoming, polite, smiley and friendly. The Movenpick is blessed to have him. Every time I visit, everyone here is so hospitable. The shisha guys are amazing, as is my other favourite waiter Mohamed (Saad) 🫶 Very safe hotel too 🤍

Ramadan experience
I stayed at this hotel for two nights during Ramadan. Although it is close to the Mall of Egypt, you cannot walk to it. There are 3 restaurants on site. One was reserved which limited our options significantly. The property is nice. This is the first Movenpick property where I have stayed which did not have the Chocolate Hour. During my stay, there was a cold front in Cairo. It was very windy. The rooms have exterior entrances. I mention this because I heard the constant knocking of the wood panel due to the high wind. Also, there were golf carts available to take you to your room. I prefered to walk with my luggage. It was too cold for that! The room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. There was complimentary water in the room, which was great!

Good hotel
Very relaxing atmosphere and well laid out property. Breakfasts had a good variety. But the best part was the help we received from Shimaa Maged from front office who patiently sat with me to find us a good hotel in Alexandria within our budget. I had already spent 2 hrs earlier trying to find something, and then Shaimaa appeared. It took another 30 minutes snd we finally found one! You have an EXCELLENT employee and I would not let her go. She is a great asset to your company. I am speaking as a tour operator who organizes tours to India, Nepal and Tibet’s.

Great Hotel
My wife and I had a good time at this hotel. They have all the amenitiesThe staff is friendly. But the stand out was Shimaa maged from front office. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. This is to her boss, please give her a pay raise.
