An amazing and warm welcome by Zipporah at the Movenpick JLT
We arrived at Mövenpick JLT very tired and disappointed from our previous hotel stay at The Intercontinental and because I mentioned this, Zipporah was so kind and empathetic that she offered us an upgrade to a fabulous room! She was extremely sweet and warm, such an amazing energy that made us feel very welcome! Balu was also very kind and friendly, explaining the beach access and the other facilities that this wonderful hotel offers their cherished guests. Thank you so much! We are very grateful!

Wij raden dit hotel niet aan. Er zijn mooie, verzorgde hotels in de omgeving.
In December we visited the Mövenpick hotel in Dubai. We will not recommend this hotel to family and friends and will not return ourselves. The hotel room was not clean, the windows were so dirty that you could not look outside (fortunately you could in our new room). The bathroom was not clean. The only thing we are very pleased with is the breakfast. Every morning it was a party to go for breakfast. The first two/three days we asked Purushu to bake such a delicious omelet for us. After a few days it was no longer necessary to place our order. As soon as he saw us coming in, he started baking and then a delicious omelet was brought to us. Thank you Purushu, we enjoyed your omelet! We had the same with our coffee. Shermi often saw us coming and then she looked for a nice place to sit for us. She is very sweet to us but especially to our 5-month-old baby. He seems to be very fond of Shermi (and we of her!). Dear Shermi knew it very quickly: one black coffee and one cappuccino. Dear Shermi, thank you for the delicious coffee, your love for our son and all your fun. We soon met Ajay. He came to our table to ask if everything was okay and he was also very sweet to our baby. Ajay told us that he himself has a daughter of 14 months. We immediately had a nice bond with you. It was very nice to meet you and to have a chat with you every morning. We would especially like to thank Purushu, Shermi and Ajay. You are our best. Thank you for everything. We will miss you.

Amazing Amazing 💗💗💗💗I Will Highly Recommend This Hotel.Food Was Very Delicious.All UBK staff Was Very Nice And Welcoming.And I Would really Say Thanks to Engineer Ali who Make such A Great Example of Humanity .As In UBK My Friend start Coughing and Ali was On His Walk Arround He Give Water To My Friend And Also Bring Her To Washroom.I’m Really Really Thankful To Him.

Good service and quality
Movenpick is a fine choice. Gym is good. Service is fast and good. The housekeeping team and pappu is really good and kept the room clean and nice anytime i wanted. One thing that can be checked is portion sizes, i think they are for 2 people so there should be an option for a single person as well. Rest the experience was amazing.
