Fantastic stay
We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and we could not fault it, we arrived at around 2am and were taken to our room by Ali who was really friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, we stayed in the village area of the hotel which gave a really unique feel to the stay. The facilities at the hotel were excellent with multiple pools, restaurants and of course access to the Dead Sea. We walked down from our room to the Dead Sea but you could also take the shuttle down if you don't want to walk, it was a great experience floating in it. The adults only Beach Lounge was a great place to relax with a drink by the pool overlooking the Dead Sea. There was also a Chocolate Hour where you could get delicious free chocolates from the lobby area. Breakfast had a wide selection to choose from with really friendly and attentive staff. Rawan the guest relations manager was also great in confirming airport transfers and arranging a breakfast box for us to take for our 5.30am transfer back to the airport. The trip to/from the airport took around an hour and when we did our tour to Petra that took around 3 hours. We are lucky enough to travel quite a lot so we don't go back to places often but we both agreed we would love to return to Jordan and this hotel.

Number 1 hotel in Jordan!
Wish we could’ve stayed longer!! We had room Z104 - it was spacious, had a great view, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and well designed. The facilities and pools are amazing, we particularly liked the heated pool overlooking the Dead Sea. Dinner in Luigi’s was fantastic, with extremely friendly and welcoming staff and good food. Similarly, breakfast was really tasty and had a good selection. I found the WhatsApp messaging service really helpful - always responding to my requests (the staff even sent chocolates to our room). This is one of the best Accor hotels I have ever stayed in - we have no complaints at all. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone visiting the region.

Excellent
The room was comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were friendly. The room view was also beautiful. There are many swimming pools. The food was delicious and varied. Special thanks to Chef Risko and Chef Sham for preparing vegetarian food ,the stir-fried tofu was absolutely delicious.

Great Family Stay with Friendly Staff and Excellent Facilities
We stayed at Mövenpick Dead Sea for two days with our family, including our daughter who is under two years old, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The facilities are excellent, the food was consistently delicious with good variety, and everything felt clean and well organized. What truly stood out was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were always attentive to our needs, especially when it came to our daughter. The kids’ club deserves special mention. It is very well set up, safe, and thoughtfully managed. Our daughter had a wonderful time there, and the team was incredibly caring and attentive, which gave us great peace of mind as parents. Overall, it was a relaxing, enjoyable, and family-friendly stay. Mövenpick Dead Sea is an excellent choice for families with young children, and we would happily return again. Highly recommended.

Best chef and best service by all the staff
very welcoming. Chef Shams helped me with vegetarian menu. He prepared white sauce pasta and margaritta pizza for us. He also made french fries for my daughter. He helped me patiently with choosing vegetarian options. All the staff are very warm and helpful
