Ich hatte ein Zimmer ( upgrade gekauft ) zimmer schön gross jedoch nur ein kleines fenster vorhanden was nicht genügt, hotel in die jahre gekommen, personal an der rezeption vollkommen überfordert. bei anreise wird einem geraten das frühstück am besten zwischen 06:00 und 08:00 einzunehmen da danach viele von auswärts kommen um zu "Brunchen", also ausschlafen ist hier fehl am Platz, es ist in meinen Augen eine Frechheit gegenüber vom Hotelgast, denn im schlimmsten Fall muss man an der Bar Platz nehmen, ich kann es bestätigen, gegen 09:00 FÜTTERUNG DER RAUBTIERE fängt an. Abendessen gut aber viel zu teuer. Am besten sie bezahlen das zimmer sofort, denn wenn sie eine kreditkarte geben, wird eine Kaution blockiert ( bei mir waren es 300 CHF ), und bei der abreise bekommen sie gesagt dass diese in den kommenden tagen deblokiert wird ( mir hat man gesagt es könnte bis zu 1 woche dauern ) LÄCHERLICH.

Worse, we had to set our own tables and fetch napkins. Adding to the humiliation, a staff member blocked access between the areas, enforcing this segregation and making guests feel like second-class citizens. When we raised concerns, staff dismissed us with a smile, offering no explanation or solution. This discriminatory and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable for Mövenpick. Travelers, especially from Turkey, should avoid this hotel. Think twice before booking—you might be classified as “B-class” instead of receiving the premium experience promised. Mövenpick Egerkingen has failed on all fronts. .
