This is the first time staying here and I was really impressed with the staff! Our stay was super and more so because of the exceptional people working there. A special thank you to Khun Orb at the reception who was kind, and very helpful. The hotel has a great atmosphere with a private beach and a large swimming pool. There are plenty of fun activities to enjoy, such as kayaking, and various sports facilities. It’s a perfect place to relax and have fun by the sea.
Excellent service and great experiences with Club Team. Khun Ekkie provides an eccentric service and kind advice to me and my friend. The benefit for Platinum member. Happy to stay here and will look forward to comeback to the next stay here again.
What started as a very last-minute booking turned out to be such a beautiful stay. Booked a Sea View Deluxe, but thanks to Platinum perks, we were upgraded to the Executive Suite, a corner one on the 34th floor with phenomenal views. Khun Toni arranged all the upgrades and made sure we’re returning with nothing but unforgettable memories. Chef Pepsi personally curated dishes for us when we couldn’t quite adjust to the lounge menu, a kind gesture that meant a lot. Service here really feels warm and thoughtful. Location-wise, Jomtien is a gem: away from the chaos of Pattaya Beach yet close enough if you want to dip into the action. The vibe is calm, peaceful, and perfect for a quiet getaway. 🍴 Food & beverage options are limited but curated well. Loved the pool (especially the kids’ section), the lounge experience, and of course, Mövenpick’s signature Chocolate Hour which is a treat for kids and for the kid inside every adult. They even run their own shuttle to and from Terminal 21 Mall, which makes exploring super convenient. The location is great. I have wonderful memories here with my family. The staff at the front desk were friendly and kind, and the restaurant was amazing! The La Costa pizza was especially delicious.
Absolutely wonderful stay! The breakfast was incredible — a wide variety of delicious dishes, all beautifully prepared and fresh every morning. The view from the dining area was stunning, especially during sunrise, making every meal feel extra special. The resort itself is surrounded by breathtaking scenery and offers so many fun activities, from relaxing by the pool to exploring nature trails and enjoying water sports. Every staff member was kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful yet exciting getaway!”
