clean, welcoming, a bit cold inside, nothing to add
The room was very clean when arrived. Isa our room attendant kept the room clean eveyday and gave us towels on our second day. Thank you!

I had a great stay at Mövenpick Hotel Bosphorus Istanbul. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Special appreciation to Melike from Guest Relations. She is truly wonderful, always smiling, kind, and very helpful. She welcomed me every time with such a warm gesture that made me feel valued and at home. Her positive energy and care for guests made a real difference in my experience. Also, Münevver for keeping my room perfectly clean and organized every day, her attention to detail was amazing.
