Lovely hotel. Rooms are delightful, but the main attraction was the customer care. The chambermaid (I think her name was Nimet) was very kind, and got me all the nescafe sachets I could ever use! Windows spotless (I think Nimet cleans them too!). Great view of Bosphorous bridge.
Service was thoughtful and accommodating. I arrived early and even if no rooms were available, staff allowed me to use the spa shower to freshen up, offered luggage deposit service and messaged me when room was available. I was also allowed to have breakfast since the booking was part of Turkish Airlines free two night stay for business class passengers. The room was big and the bed comfortable. The washroom had good water pressure. Breakfast was very good and filling, with good variety. The hotel is also accessible by public transport.
I really want to thanks the team of this hotel because they are honest people I forgotten my Chopard watch in my room on my check out day and only realised after 3 weeks when I returned home that I left it there I called the reception of the hotel who ask me some question like my room number during my stay, date of arrival and departure ,my name to make sure that I really stayed in the hotel and the comfirm that the found my watch and I send someone to collect it after more than a month. I really trust the team of this hotel and recommend people to feel safe while in this property Thanks again to Mister Emir who acted professionally
