Everything is great (cleaning, attentive staff, comfortable combing, delicious and varied food)! Thank you very much!
As we entered the hotel, the staff were very efficient. We were helped immediately - was appreciated after a long day of travel. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was very modern and clean. There were luxurious products available including a hair dryer, slippers, and gowns were available. The room was serviced every day. There was a coffee station that was replenished every day. Our room overlooked the Bosphorus even though it was snowing you could still spot the Bosphorus. The rooms were very warm and once you were inside you wouldn't even though that it was snowing outside. The breakfast was amazing - there was a variety of items available. One downside - there are not a lot of restaurants around this area and public transport is about a 20-minute walk to the metro. And taxis are few that are available. Its also quite far from the old city where most tourists apots are. Overall my stay was really good.
I enjoyed my time at this hotel! It was my first time in Turkey and I fully recommend Mövenpick Bosphorus! The rooms were beautiful, clean, the room service and the housekeeping attended to my every need. Big ups to Isa who cleaned my room. I have to give a huge thanks to Eyup who was the perfect bell boy. He made me feel right at home! And Gursel who was the perfect door man and treated me like a princess! 10/10!!!
I recently stayed at Mövenpick Hotel in Istanbul and had a wonderful experience. I would especially like to thank Ms. Melika for her outstanding service. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Her warm attitude and genuine care made a big difference and added a special touch to our trip. Thank you, Melika, for everything!
Everyone made the experience so much better, specially victoryia, ally, ramsein (guest relationships) and just everyone there was so helpfull, they even walked with us because i wanted to feed cats in the street. It was just amazing experience and the people made it so much better. Room was amazing, food was amazing and specially everyone in the staff. Thank you movenpick we are definetly coming back next year.
