Hotel was very central, room and food was amazing. Amine was very helpful and friendly. I came for a hair transplant and the hotel was perfect for this. All members of staff couldn’t do enough for you. Beds were very comfortable which made my procedure easier to recover

We arrived at Mövenpick and was greeted by the lovely Baki, he was very helpful and gave us a in depth induction of the hotel. We then met the lovely Amine who made fantastic coffee and was very friendly and helpful about the area. The rooms were very comfortable and amazingly clean Was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

An exceptional stay in istanbul: great service, location, and value
The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Istanbul. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to address any issues that came up. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, they fully understood our situation and provided all the necessary support and assistance, making a stressful situation much more manageable. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the high level of service we received. The location of the hotel is also highly recommended. It’s situated in a less crowded area, primarily surrounded by local residents, which adds to its charm. The surroundings were impeccably clean, with beautiful natural elements like greenery and water features. Additionally, the area offered delicious food at very affordable prices, further enhancing the experience. Overall, an exceptional stay in every aspect. The hotel is highly recommended for All Accor members. They provide a lot of benefits

Enjoyed my stay. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Staff is very polite and helpful. Room service is quick. Amazing restaurants and food is great. Good interior design taken a few ideas from here for my new home 😝 Check in and check out were swift

Great Place
Very good service, geographically placed in a beautiful part of Istanbul overlooking the river. Very good facilities and a whole staff that speaks English. We were welcomed to the breakfast by Daisy, Omer, and Tuncay. It will definitely be the place for us once we are back again in Istanbul.
