Lovely dinner
The food was amazing and the staff were wonderful. Denis, Annie, Anh, Hup, and Ivan were extremely friendly and attentive! Would definitely recommend anyone staying at the hotel to dine here.

A perfect evening for two
We had a wonderful evening here as a couple and truly enjoyed every part of it. We started with oysters, which were fresh and beautifully prepared, followed by steak and chicken as mains. Both were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The wine selection complemented the food very well and rounded off the evening nicely. What really made the experience stand out was the service. Denis, Annie, Anh, Hup and Ivan were attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring without ever being intrusive. You could feel that they enjoy what they do, and that made us feel very welcome and relaxed throughout the evening. A great atmosphere, excellent food, and outstanding service. Highly recommended for a special night as a couple.

One of the All-Time Best-Managed Accor Hotels Worldwide .
From the moment we stepped into the Resort until the moment we stepped out, this Resort applies exemplary 5-star hospitality and warmth in every corner, aspect and service. Furthermore, the familiarity with Accor membership and procedures is among the best across Accor Hotels in the world. I felt welcomed and well-taken care of as an Accor guest. Here, Ms. An, Ms. Sunny, Mr. Kai really know what they are doing. I can picture them being in promotion roles the next time I visit them. They're that good. Likewise for their stand-ins, Ms. Janie and Mr. Dori. Each and every single staff member left an impression. Whoever trains the staff should be well-recognised and well-rewarded. There is a consistency in hospitality and warmth across every staff member, whatever the role may be. We even were greeted by Resort Manager. Mr. Claudio. For example, Altitude 8 remains in my experience to have the most pro-active and friendliest crew I've come across for Lounge and Breakfast. So much so, that I can still remember the names of the crew a week later: Ms. Bella, Mr. Dennis, Ms. Alice, Ms. Annie, Ms. Mint, Mr. Sach, and Mr. Hiep. Then, there is Aura Beach Club, who gave so much attention when we dined there. Of particular note are Mr. Sparrow and Mr. Hoang. Likewise for the Waverly Lounge, where Ms. Chau and the Team (Jasmine, Iris, Duy and Thuy) came about making sure their guests are satisfied. Having been at several hotels in my lifetime, Mövenpick Waverly Resort comes into my Top 5 ever.
