Beautiful hotel. Spotless rooms and facilities, staff are so nice and friendly. Breakfast is delicious and lots of variety. Location is perfectly located. Pool staff are awesome. The guard stops the traffic for you to cross the road. Had a fantastic time. Xx
We took aroom whith pool acses , the room was cleen and big. The stuff wonted to help all the time . The birkfast was really testy and everything was perfect. Also the location iz verry good close to pattong street and alot of resturents haily recomended

Overall the experience is very good, however a special mention for the very friendly staff. The SPA is amazing and I was fortunate to have therapists Oil and Pheung... the Thai massage was next level and arguably the best I have ever had in the whole of Thailand. Also deserving a special mention is the pool, king size bed, and the service culture of staff. The fresh juice station is also a treat even if it not offered every day. The breakfast is adequate and the salads from the restaurant at night is delicious, however it is not a food destination yet.
Aung served us in dining room in the evening. She is excellent host and her knowledge of the food served is fantastic. She is very kind and caring. Always willing to assist. Great peoples person and her English is very good. Will definitely be back
