Najia the best Massage what i ever had. This women ist so Amazone and nice. Really gut Hotel. Really worth 5 Stars. All personal is nice and frendly. Eating is Amazing. This Hotel ist really Worth to See. I was Never in so gut Hotel bevor. Tolle Lokalisation Like in City.

We had Najia for massage this morning and she was an amazing masseur with such calming personality. Room service in our room was so efficient and regular. Their spread of breakfasts was amazing. They have all these healthy yet so yummy juice from cucumber to beetroot. We even had our foot massaged when we were sunbathing....heaven 🙂🙏

We enjoyed our stay in Movenpick. We had booked for the wellness package which included 2 massages per person. We arrived quiet late for the massage but the whole team were very accommodating and looked after us particularly well. The biggest surprise was the following day when Najia came to the pool area offering a free leg massage which was most appreciative. Thank you Naija, you made our stay in the hotel extra special.

We chose the Movenpick hotel because we were looking for a nice place to relax and treat ourselves during our stay in Marrakech. The hotel is lovely, very modern, well maintained, and with a beautiful design, combining modern stile with traditional elements of the Moroccan architecture. The staff are very professional and always eager to ensure that you enjoy your stay in the hotel. At this point, I must mention that at our arrival we learnt that the spa was closed for renovation, what was a great disappointment since this service was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. After expressing our disappointment to the management, they offered us an upgrade to a much nicer room and sent us some complementary fruits and local pastries. Despite the original disappointment, we must thank the Movenpick hotel and more specifically to Lahcen, guest relations manager, for his understanding and professionalism in handling the situation to ensure that we had a memorable experience.

You pay a lot for the "Movenpick" branding and a daily chocolate selection; in reality this hotel is not much better than a typical four star international hotel in Marrakech but charges 50% more. The rooms are quite small. Breakfast is good (approaching five star levels). Some staff are a bit aggressive in asking guests to write reviews online. The hotel is quite far from the medina and the taxi drivers who wait outside the hotel are very aggressive. The hotel has cars available but they are expensive.
