Relax in paradise
Excellent service from Mahmoud, of the pool bar! A really polite and friendly service! The pool is wonderful, not too full, so we could have a great time there.

Great experience
outstanding service from the Fuestbrelarions , front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, helpful. Having stayed for 6 nigts in peacful, this movenpick exceeded expectations as well!

The highlights of this hotel are, without question, the superb terrace on the top floor , the breakfast quality is very good level of service thank you 💝 It is close to Nubian village. For other interests , you have to walk a little , but reasonably . The price is high , even if the service is of quality Thank you Madam Taiser , Emad , wael and Chef safy for taking care of us Highly recommend and we will be back soon ☺️

Nice stay but…
We stayed for a few nights before summer break and the resort is still in good condition for its age (we were in the original building) . Rooms were large and comfortable. Reception and Pool staff were very helpful and courteous, and the 13th floor restaurant was fabulous- great location and meals. However what let things down were the disinterest in customer service of other staff in first floor bar and restaurant.

Nice stay in Aswan
We spent 2 nights at Movenpick in Aswan. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable. Main issue is AC not getting the rooms really cold but we switched rooms and it was more tolerable. Note than unlike most hotels, they only extend the children pricing to 11 and under. We were here during off peak season so the other building did not seem occupied. The gym was located there and no AC was on, equipment was basic. The resort has several pools, the main one is quite large, infinity design overlooking the city. The main restaurant has a great breakfast buffet, the waiters were very attentive and kind (Gamal and Christina). We also enjoyed lunch there from their main menu. We had dinner at Panorama on the 13th floor and were quite impressed with the quality of the food. The views are outstanding at night. Overall a good experience!
